Arrows Group is a privately owned multi sector, specialist Recruitment Company that was established in 2003. The company employs circa 80 staff across our UK (London) and European (Amsterdam) offices.
We have built a loyal and diverse client base across Europe and the world in a number of instances. Our clients benefit from our in depth market understanding combined with our cutting edge talent attraction methodology that enables us to access specialist skills from the passive job seeking marketplace.
Arrows Group is a proud member of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and has a sustained focus on business improvement, as demonstrated by our achievement of ISO 9001 Quality Accreditation form the BSI.
