His first-hand insight into the strengths of a globally mobile workforce inspired Mike to establish an Indian centre for Arrows Group, supporting clients with solutions that reach around the world.
Mike spearheads new ways of working, keeping Arrows Group and clients on top of the latest digital trends. His vision for implementing organisational models which cultivate a digital focus, sees him pioneering concepts such as ‘Tribe’ working.

James leads the development of Arrows Group’s global commercial framework, helping provide value-based solutions to all clients. He oversees the CareCon™ service, providing worker support, governance and HR services, and is also heavily involved in shaping technology solutions to deliver elegant, flexible and powerful capabilities which accelerate delivery.
Prior to joining Arrows Group, James worked in a wide range of Finance Director roles at digital challenger brands, including a hospitality company, Leon Restaurants and TotalStay, a high growth international travel business. Helping to transform finance functions and to enable rapid growth, James understands what it takes to make a sustainable success out of fast-growth businesses.
Paul is an investor and board advisor to software and consulting firms leveraging technology to change the way brands engage with their customers, employees and partners. Previously Paul was a founder of Tquila, Europe’s largest pure-play Salesforce consultancy.
Notably he has been responsible for designing and selling some of the most sophisticated multi-country solutions that Arrows Group offers to clients around the world.
Currently in his role as the Group Sales Director, Jack is responsible for building a global sales capability and strengthening Arrows Group’s ability to secure, manage and deliver essential solutions to companies across the sectors experiencing high levels of disruption from digital technologies and ways of working, namely Media & Communications, Ecommerce, and High-Tech Fast-Growth. Along with the Board Directors, Jack is focused on taking Arrows Group to the next level of growth by providing strategic solutions to the businesses who are facing the greatest challenges and largest opportunities from digital transformation.
He also leads the marketing for Arrows Group’s registered charity – the Arrows Group Foundation – helping tackle child poverty through employability, and was part of the team that climbed Mont Blanc in 2016 raising funds for the charity.
Ash joined Arrows Group in 2014, bringing with him over a decade’s worth of experience from global workforce firms, including heading up Adecco UK & Ireland’s Brands and Insight division, and leading Volt’s European & Asian marketing operations.
With over 12 years’ experience spanning various dimensions of HR, he makes demonstrating business optimisation central to his role. In project managing large scale recruitment, setting up shared services across organisations, and managing the complete life cycle of learning & development, Arvind has been instrumental to growth in short spaces of time.
In his assignments prior to joining Arrows Group Global in June 2015, Arvind was the Recruitment Shared Services head for Indian business at HCL Technologies. Prior to that, he was associated with Accenture and led operational assignments associated with talent strategies in the Indian region.
Upon joining Arrows Group in 2010, Hans immediately set to work on building a contingent workforce community and a team of consultants, who now deliver rapid digital transformation to a strong portfolio of clients.
His role has evolved to match the growing importance of global mobility in digital workforces: he now puts his skills to use heading up both offshore and onshore delivery for clients. Hans brings almost 10 years of experience in international staffing, delivering talent that is effectively tailored to drive business growth.
Having worked in senior leadership for a range of IT and non-IT companies, Shuchita has a clear understanding of the challenges business leaders face in digital talent attraction.
Her ability to provide solutions to these challenges is key to her success; having hired over 1,500 graduates for HCL Technologies, Shuchita has proved the effectiveness of her experience.
Shuchita’s strong advocacy for diversity in digital teams has seen her launch various programmes on the issue. She mobilises her teams to get involved with the Arrows Group Foundation and other initiatives for dealing with female education and employability.
Her role has evolved to match the growing need of aftercare service in digital workforces; she now heads up CareCon™; Arrows Group’s Global Aftercare Programme to manage and enhance the experience of our client’s contingent workforce (CW). Together with her team, Sacha strives to offer world-class aftercare service, including the complete on-boarding of talent communities, compliance checklists, payroll management, assignment extensions and is responsible for an ongoing relationship management with our key accounts.
Sacha feels closely aligned with the Arrows Group Charity Foundation and has demonstrated her support by working and living in India for over 2 months where she was responsible for setting up a fundraising project in support of employability projects for orphans in India.
Managing the initial stages of new client relationships, Rory makes sure to engage closely with each client during the sales process, so that Arrows Group can start delivering workforce solutions from the beginning.
Having joined Arrows Group in 2015, Rory has been instrumental in shaping the business’s evolution from a staffing business to their current identity as a digital consultancy implementing complex workforce solutions. Prior to joining the company, he led a number of teams across various global firms, including Logica (CGI) via Adecco, Colt Technology Services and LexisNexis.
Rory’s involvement with the Arrows Group Charity Foundation has included climbing Mont Blanc and marathon running to raise funds in support of employability projects for orphans in India.
