James joined the industry as a graduate in Business & Economics in 1998 and spent the first 5 years of his career as a contracts consultant in the telecoms and project management sectors with Aerotek and S3 Group. James was a top performer at S3 and in 2003 joined forces with Adrian to establish Arrows Group. James has played a key part in leading the company from its days as a start up based from his spare bedroom to the £20 million, 85 people strong international firm it is today. Most recently James has led the Healthcare Brand and overseen its establishment as a key player in this market.
Having graduated in Business and Economics in 2000 Adrian spent the first 4 years of his career as a Permanent Consultant Huxley Brand in the S3 Group where he was their top biller in 2003. Adrian joined James in March 2003 to establish the Company and has played a leading part building the company into the business it is today. Adrian recently set up our 1st International offices in Amsterdam and has now returned to the UK to help build and grow our existing brands. Part of his new role will be identifying new territories and sectors for the Group to target and set up new businesses.
With over 25 years spent within the Recruitment Sector David brings a wealth of experience to Arrows Group. In 1988 David founded Harvey Nash and built the business into the global industry leader it is today. As CEO David took the company public with 100 staff and £50 million in sales and grew the business rapidly across Europe, Asia and the USA. Now the Company achieves annual sales of circa £400 million with 800 staff in 36 countries. David is well known both within and out side of the Recruitment Sector with a track record that speaks for itself.
Charles graduated from Cardiff University in Accounting & Economics in 2003 and joined Arrows Group in 2004 as their first employee. Since then he has grown with the business and has progressed from a Consultant, Team Lead, Manager and is now Director of Netherlands. Charles was the company’s top biller in 2006 & 2007 and has subsequently run some of the company’s highest performing teams. In the various roles Charles has held he has been a key driver of the success of the business.
Michael has 10 years experience of working within the UK Healthcare Recruitment Industry. Michael began his career at Ambition 24 where, as a top performer, he swiftly progressed from consultant roles in to management. In 2006 Michael joined MSI Recruitment as their Nursing Sector Manager where he was instrumental in building the business up to £16m in annual sales. Michael has joined Arrows Group Healthcare in order to aggressively grow this brand throughout the UK and Internationally.
