Arrows Group Global, the international TMT and Healthcare recruitment services group, ranked 8th in this year’s The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200. With international sales growing at an average rate of 144% over the past two years, Arrows Group is the highest-ranked recruitment consultancy in the annual league table of Britain’s private companies with the fastest growing international sales.
Arrows Group is also the highest-ranked out of companies headquartered in London, but it is thanks to its Dutch and German operations that the company has added this ranking to its growing list of accolades. Arrows Group opened its first overseas office in Amsterdam in 2009, with Munich opening in 2013 adding further momentum to a growing demand from its clients. This international growth is set to continue as the company expands it service lines to meet increasingly complex demands from its clients.
Adrian Treacy, COO, comments, “I’d like to congratulate our European businesses for delivering such a strong performance over the past three years. They have done a great job and this type of external market recognition really highlights their dedication and strength of client relationships. Arrows Group is one team with one vision, and our customers understand this as we add value to their businesses. So this award also recognises the trust our customers place in our local teams, something we never take for granted.”
Charles Sell, Director for Arrows Group BV, adds, “I joined the company shortly after its inception in 2003, and have had the privilege of leading the Dutch team since 2010. The main reasons for our international success are the quality of our staff, our Euro-centric culture, and our reputation. So it made sense to adopt this approach when expanding into Germany, and we anticipate it will be our German teams that give us a fighting chance of making an appearance in next year’s league table.”
