We were asked by our client to start the search for a Head of Systems Strategy who would be able to take them to the forefront of the e-commerce arena. Having worked with Neil a few years ago we were aware of his skill set and how it had developed in his current role.
As the conversations progressed between Neil and our client it became obvious that there could be a potential match if requirements on both sides were able to be met. Our client was able to tailor the position slightly to ensure that they fully utilized Neil’s skill set, while offering him exposure to new technologies that would enhance his skills further.
Through some honest discussions about what each party was looking for, a match was found and Neil is now getting in a final couple of rounds of golf before starting his new role in April. In his own words:
