Continued Growth for Technology Division

London, UK (Apr 26, 2010) - This month Arrows Group’s Technology Division is pleased to welcome three new members to the team: Crispin Moller, Tom Gallagher and Jawad Aslam.

These three new hires represent a significant growth spurt for the Technology division, and each one of the new guys is already proving that they’ll make a big contribution to the success of Team Tech!

Crispin is a budding Triathlete, who has even represented Great Britain in the 2008 Duathlon World Championship. He wanted to start working in London in a career that would be challenging and provide him with real growth prospects and great earning potential. We’re pleased to be able to fit the bill perfectly at Arrows Group.

Tom is our first Scouser on the team. He’s moved down south from Liverpool to build a life together with his fiancée Amy. Before joining Arrows Group, Tom was a shop manager for mobile phone retailer Phones4U. Consistently the top sales manager in his region, Tom knew he had a gift for sales roles and wanted to apply his skills in a role where he had career prospects to match his ambition.

Jawad is another well-established salesman, having worked in sales since he was just 16. He is also an ex semi-professional cricketer, and we’re expecting his competitive edge to be of great benefit to him in his new role.

“All three of the guys are already fitting into the team well and we hope we’ve already made them feel very welcome in their new home,” says Charlie Sell, Manager of Arrows Group Technology Division. “Over the coming months they’ll be taken through a structured training programme, which will begin to give them an understanding of our processes and how we work with both candidates and clients. We’re looking forward to helping them all develop their careers and get some major placements under their hats; but we’re also just looking forward to sharing our first Friday beer with them!”
