My client, a forward thinking consultancy, is looking for an Agile Coach to help a major transition to Agile go as smoothly as possible for their client, a retail Bank. This is a major Agile transformation, where the successful candidate will be Scrum mentoring 4-6 teams and working closely with the global head of online. Occasional travel to other offices will be involved. They are looking for very strong, continuous Agile experience that amounts to at least 3 years, as well as certifications that emphasise the candidates knowledge of the Agile methodology; These may include Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner etc. Past experience of working on a major web redevelopment programme is highly advantageous. Exposure of working in the following Agile environments is necessary;

-Lean, Kanban, TDD (Test Driven Development), XP (Extreme Programming)

Additionally, knowledge of Object Orientated Design (OOD) and Domain Driven Design (DDD) would be advantageous. You will be working on multiple projects on a major web redevelopment programme that is expected to last at least 18 months. Please send up to date relevant CV’s.
