URGENT – ‘Delivery focused’ IT/ Infrastructure Project Manager is required by a leading London Market syndicate to manage a number of both large and small IT projects.

As Project Manager it will be your responsibility to lead a team of other Project Managers from the Outsource Provider – experience of working with or for Outsource Providers will be very useful. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills will be required here as well as the ability to motivate and lead them towards a succesfull delivery – a pragmatic approach will be best here.

You will be reporting into an IT Manager who will expect high standrads – you will need to produce robust reporting and escalate on any key issues when appropriate. As Project Manager you will also be required to apply some structure & governanace around Infrastructure which currently comes from Development. Must be used to working in AGILE environments. Experience of working within the insurance industry is preferred – references will be taken to highlight the most relevant candidates.
