A leading investment bank in London is searching for a senior systems support analyst to look after there back office finance systems. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a thriving investment bank in the heart of the capital.

On a day tod ay basis the successful candidate for this role will be:

• Providing 1st/ 2nd and 3rd line technical support to business users in the finance teams.
• Supporting end of day Back office and GL processes.
• Supporting data mining activities.
• Liasing with 3rd party vendors.
• Supporting numerous systems including Midasplus, FRSglobal, BI systems and the Datawarehouse.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 2 years experience supporting systems in either an Investment bank, Retail bank or software vendor (provided they have worked on client site).
• Have experience working in a hands on business (finance or accounting) application support role.
• Experience supporting users face-to-face.
• Experience supporting Back office end of day processes.
• Good T-SQL or MIDASplus experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary: up to £70,000 (+bonus and benefits)
