• MUST have detailed front and middle office experience as a Business Analyst
• MUST have in depth knowledge of European Power & Gas Markets
• Must have a detailed technical understanding of an ETRM (Openlink, Aligne/Zainet etc)

The role will be to act as a business analyst supporting the European energy team facilitating the companies participation in the energy markets

Responsibilities;

• Liaise with business users, developing trust and strong relationships
• Gather and document requirements from business owners
• Contribute to implementation discussions
• Take ownership of small projects from inception to implementation
• Identify and propose solutions to identified areas
• Communicate and obtain chosen solutions from project teams and stakeholders
• Provide regular and accurate feedback on project progress

Requirements;

• Experience of European gas and power markets
• Worked with front office/traders, middle office, risk teams and downstream owners
• Experience of Front, Middle or Back Office in Commodities trading market
• Trading systems design, configuration and support
• Expert knowledge of Aligne or Zai-Net is a massive PLUS!
