Programme Office Manager

Contract / £550 - £600 per day

URGENT – Programme Office Manager is required by a leading global insurance organisation to support a major change programme – the transformation of their Personal Lines business.

As PMO it will be your responsibility to join a Greenfield programme and design and implement the necessary Structure & Governance to support a successful delivery. You will be working closely with a PMO who has a holistic and analytical view of all Business Change & IT Programmes across the organisation to ensure that you are working in line with the strategic goals of the business. It will also be your responsibility to manage, guide and mentor 3 other PMO resources.

Excellent Stakeholder Management skills are essential as my client are fairly immature when it comes to Change Management – you will be required to engage key stakeholders to ensure they and their teams are utilising ‘Best Practice’ whilst at the same time helping create a shift in culture. Proven end to end experience of delivery within General Insurance only please – references will be taken to highlight the best candidates.
