SAP CRM Consultant required for my global client based in Brussels, Belgium. This will be a 6 month contract at a competitive rate.
YOU MUST SPEAK EITHER French, Dutch or German.

Essential Technical:
- Should have very good knowledge of CRM (4.0 / 5.0 & 7.0) integrated with SAP IS-U (based on ECC 6.0) in a Gas & Electricity De-regulated market
- Should possess business process knowledge for utilities in De-regulated market
- Should have relevant experience in implementing or supporting SAP ISU-CCS solution
- Extensive experience with supporting CRM 7.0 WebIC
- Good Functional knowledge in Front Office Processes, Contracts / Contact Management, Account Management.
- In-depth knowledge of configuring CRM Module
- Experience with CRM customer interaction center (CIC), configuring front office process, resolving replication issues between CRM and ISU
- Strong understanding of CRM integration points with complimentary modules
- Should be able to provide integrated solution for the business scenario touching across other modules (e.g. SAP CS, SAP Billing. SAP FICA).
- Should have experience in creating detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP.
- Hands on experience on all the testing aspects (Integration testing/Functional testing etc)
- Should have good Blueprinting experience
- Should be aware of touch points with other modules and systems.
Essential General:
- Must have Support Project Experience in Belgian Market
- Must be well versed with ITIL Methodology
- Must have excellent Troubleshooting and problem analysis and resolution skills
- Must have experience as Module Lead in SAP CRM for Utilities in Support or Implementation engagement.
- Excellent Communication skills and command on Flemish/French and English.
- Team Management Skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with Onsite / Offshore Model
- SAP certified consultant
- SAP Implementation experience in De-regulated market.
- Experience with other ISU modules – FICA, Device Mgmt, Billing, ABAP will be an advantage
- A full cycle SAP ISU implementation experience will be an added advantage.
