‘Delivery focused’ Senior/ Lead Business Analyst is required for a major Business Change Programme by a leading London Market Insurance Broker. It is important that you have ‘hands on’ experience of Business Process across a Broking Operation inc. key areas such as Placement, Claims and Accounting & Settlement.

As Senior BA it will be your responsibility to lead a small team of Business Analysts to help select and create a best practice single processing system for both the Wholesale & Retail business areas – this will involve integrating with key applications and aligning business processes to technology.

This role is all about Business Change and will require excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will need to gain the ‘buy-in’ of senior stakeholders through the facilitation of workshops – this is absolutely critical in-order to ‘kick start’ the change and mobilise the programme towards a successful delivery. A proactive approach and pragmatic style will best suit as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.

NB: Please only respond if you have London Market Insurance Broking experience, have previously managed a team of BA’s and delivered end to end BPR/ Process Improvement projects. You must be able to provide references to verify both your delivery capabilities as well as your Stakeholder Management skills.
